GeZonTijd was my first big project within Industrial Design that I worked on together with 3 other students at the TU/e. In the theme of Healthy Homes, we thought of what made a home healthy. From concepts for better sleeping, to wrist watches, but we finally ended up with the end product. GeZonTijd is a clock that uses human instinct instead of logic, so that people with dementia can understand the time even when they are not clear at the time.
GeZonTijd is made to look like a part of your home. While focusing on a more elderly population, we made a more 'oldish' wooden look.
Please see the end project report. Downloading the PDF works better sometimes.
